It's that time of the year kiddos, FINALS WEEK        . This week won't be that bad for me because none of my exams are cumulative. On Wednesday, I have Biochemistry and Human Memory exams. | last week was fall break and it was a lot of fun, crazy insanity. wednesday evening, the tripod went on a little road trip down to pittsburg, kansas to see one of my friend's boyfriend. it was a lot of fun, too bad i dont remember much of it though. but pictures do say 1000 words. thursday was a relaxing night because i just watched the thursday night shows and went to bed right after. friday, leslie came over and we just hung out, went to a bar and a friend's place. saturday was the ku/osu game and that was a lot of fun. i do love tailgating. the game sucked since we lost, but what else is new. win or lose, we still booze. later that night a bunch of us went out to the bars and that was fun to say the least. and sunday i went to my parents' house and chilled with the dog. all and all a good fall break :)
this week has been stress free because i didnt have any midterms or anything major due so it was really nice. the weekend was a lot of fun though. thursday i hung out at brent's apartment because he got a brand new puppy :) so cute. friday had lunch with mel to discuss wedding stuff, went to dinner with the crew and out to celebrate lindsey's new job at the kc star. saturday i worked then later that night was lindsey's halloween party. that was a lot of fun to dress up and see what everyone else dressed up to be. and sunday i worked as well but it was hard because i had to recoup from saturday nights festivities  
i'm so excited this week because i get to leave for hawaii on friday with my parents to celebrate their friend's 25th wedding anniversary. its supposed to be a huge shin dig so who knows what that entails. its going to be kick ass to get away from the kansas weather and go somewhere tropical. hooray for skirts and flip flops  i'm only there for 4 days, but im sure it will be all worth it in the end. so before the trip, gotta put in a lot of energy towards school so i wont be stressed when i come back.
thats a long post, havent done that in a while. well here's to next time :) | | |
| wow, havent been on here in like forevers. time for an update.
school: keeps me very busy oh the joys of a double major. senioritis has kicked in the full gear and its really hard to get out of it. i do enjoy being a nerd though, its super fun.
friends: oh man i totally love them to death. it's never a dull moment hanging out with them. :) good times. | | |
